DACO Desiccators

DACO desiccators are small, efficient air drying and breathing devices designed for attachment to airborne instruments.

Moisture condensation as a result of temperature and air pressure changes during flight. Moisture can cause optical instruments to fog and electrical systems to degrade. DACO alleviates moisture problems from airborne equipment.

Desiccators are available in two distinct forms:

• Self-regenerating desiccators are permanently installed to meet the stringent military and commercial avionics requirements, eliminating moisture from airborne equipment that is caused by temperature and air pressure changes during flights.

• Static desiccators are non-regenerating with a replaceable absorbent canister. This is an alternative and cost effective way to remove damaging moisture from your equipment or instruments.
